Postpartum exercise and pelvic floor training

Postpartum exercise actively supports the natural recovery process and helps to counterbalance physical changes caused by pregnancy and birth. You regain your strength and energy for daily life.

Targeted exercises help to re-strengthen deep-seated muscles. Muscles in the stomach, back and torso are strengthened.

During the courses you also have the opportunity to compare notes with other women and make contacts.

You will find various course offerings under midwife search.

We recommend that you start six to eight weeks after the birth at the earliest, and after approx. 10 weeks if you had a Caesarean.

Depending on your health insurance, part of the course costs will be reimbursed.
